Police arrest 6 in Clinton, Kentucky, meth bust
The Clinton Police Department says it arrested six people after executing a search warrant at a Hickman County home Thursday.
Police say Elizabeth Pique of Clinton, Jason Drake of Paducah, Miranda Moore of Arlington, Thomas E. Turner of Clinton, and Steven E. Turner of Arlington, were arrested after officers found 5.28 ounces of methamphetamine, digital scales, marijuana, multiple drug paraphernalia items, and suspected drug trafficking proceeds of $3,696.
According to police, a vehicle pulled up to the house while officers were there and left quickly. Police stopped the vehicle, and arrested Amanda Gonzales.
Moore and Thomas and Steven Turner were charged with with possession of meth, trafficking controlled substances and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Pique was charged with possession of meth, possession of marijuana, trafficking controlled substances, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Drake was charged with possession of meth, trafficking controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and fleeing or running from police. Police say there was also a parole violation warrant for Drake.
Gonzales was arrested on a DUI charge and a charge of driving with a suspended operator’s license.
The police department seized three vehicles from the scene.
