Senate candidate Jim Gray, Sen. Rand Paul to speak at Fancy Farm

A spokesman with the Fancy Farm Picnic confirms that Democratic U.S. senate candidate and Lexington Mayor Jim Gray will speak at this year’s picnic. Republican Sen. Rand Paul will also speak at the event. 

The 136th annual Fancy Farm Picnic will be held on Aug. 6 at St. Jerome Catholic Church. 

Spokesman Mark Wilson said Gray has confirmed he will speak at the event. Others Wilson says have confirmed they will speak are:
