Police investigate after shot fired

Paducah police say they are investigating after a shot was fired Thursday afternoon at Ebony Ltd. on Oscar Cross Boulevard. 

Police say a caller reported someone had been shot in the leg, but officers found that no one was shot. They say two men got into a fight when one pulled a gun.

The gun discharged, but police say no one was hit. 

The police department says detectives are investigating, and that more information will be released when it is available.
