Graves County man arrested, charged with sexually abusing a child

Kentucky State Police arrested a Graves County man charged with sexually abusing a child.

Thomas Elliott, 41, of Hickory, faces charges of 3 counts of rape – victim under 12, 7 counts of sodomy – victim under 12 and 2 counts of use of a minor under 16 in a sexual performance.

KSP did not release the details leading up to Elliott’s arrest.  He is currently in the Graves County Jail.
