Wirgau wins GOP primary for Tennessee House District 75

Incumbent Tim Wirgau has won the Republican primary for Tennessee House District 75 Thursday night. 

The district includes Henry, Stewart, and Benton counties. 

With all precincts reporting, Wirgau won with 60 percent of the vote, defeating opponent James Poe. 

Wirgau will face Democrat Daniel Powell in November. Power won unopposed.
