2nd arrest made in Oak Grove death investigation

The Kentucky State Police says it has made a second arrest regarding a teen found dead in Oak Grove, Kentucky, in July. 

The body of 19-year-old De’Andre Marquis Palmer of Clarksville, Tennessee, was found July 20 near Ghost Bridge in Oak Grove

KSP says 19-year-old Leonardo Miller of Oak Grove was served an arrest warrant on Tuesday. Troopers say Miller was in the Christian County Jail on unrelated charges at the time. 

Regarding the Oak Grove investigation, Miller was charged with murder, first degree robbery, and tampering with physical evidence. 

Troopers previously arrested 18-year-old Deqavion M. James of Oak Grove in the investigation. He also faces murder, first degree robbery, and tampering with physical evidence charges.
