New president named for WKCTC

A new president has been chosen to serve as president of West Kentucky Community College in Paducah. 

The Kentucky Community and Technical College System announced Friday night that Dr. Anton Reece will serve as president of WKCTC. Reece is currently associate vice provost for academic affairs and director of the Student Success Center at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Before that, Reece served in other leadership positions at UTK, and he was dean of student affairs and enrollment and minority affairs coordinator at Paducah Community College.

Reece will begin as WKCTC president on Oct. 1.
