KYTC to sell off former maintenance building in Paducah
A Kentucky Transportation Cabinet maintenance building is being sold.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Division of Right of Way and Utilities is preparing to sell the former McCracken County Highway Maintenance Facility located at 541 North 32nd Street in Paducah.
The maintenance facility was being used for storage after the KYTC McCracken County Highway Maintenance Crew moved to its new location.
KYTC District 1 Chief Engineer Mike McGregor said the storage space is no longer needed and so the building is being sold to the public as surplus property.
Two open houses will be held.
They will be from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 30th and Tuesday, September 13th.
The property is zoned B-3 for General Business. It is 1.42 acres of land. The building is 15,920 square feet.
