Multiple boil water orders in Benton, IL

The city of Benton, Illinois says it is currently experiencing major problems with their water lines.

City Clerk Brook Craig says there are several water breaks all over town.

The city says it is working as fast as they can to fix the issues.

If you are without water or have experienced low water pressure, you will be under a boil water order.

These are the streets with current boil water orders:
– East Smith Street from North McLeansboro to Frisco Street
– North Main Street from Park Street to Petroff
– Webster Street between South McLeansboro and Brinley
