Police search for man accused in drive-by shooting
Paducah police say a man was arrested Monday in connection with a drive-by shooting, and officers say they want your help finding a second man wanted in the same incident.
Police say a man reported Sunday night that he was at the Dudley Court apartment complex when someone in a passing black Chevrolet Cruze fired a gun at him. The man identified the driver as 21-year-old Derick Martin and the passenger as Liwan Martin, according to police. The two men are not related.
Derick Martin was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Monday on a charge of complicity to first-degree wanton endangerment and jailed in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
Liwan Martin is wanted on a warrant charging first-degree wanton endangerment. Police say he is known to be armed.
