Charity event to help support Children’s Miracle Network Hospital

A charity event will be held next weekend to support a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital.

Derksen Portable Buildings is hosting a Charity Tool Shed Party and Golf Scramble on September 16 and 17.

The charity tool shed party will be held on Friday, September 16, at Berryman Farm Toolshed. The casual party and silent auction begins at 6:00 p.m. and includes musical performances by celebrity guests. 

Those guests include John Schneider, Bo Duke from Dukes of Hazzard fame, and Steve Wariner, a Grammy and CMA award winner.

The golf scramble will be held Saturday, September 17, at the Tennessean Golf Course in Springville, Tennessee. The four-man scramble will begin at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided and prizes will be awarded after the tournament.

Proceeds raised from the two events will go to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.

Both events are invitation only.
