Police looking for man who took money left behind at local Wal-Mart

Paducah police are looking for a man who took an envelope containing money that a customer had left behind at the Southside Wal-Mart.

The 73-year-old Paducah woman told police on Monday she left an envelope containing about $300 on the counter at a register.

Store surveillance video shows a man picking up the envelope and leaving the store with it.

The man left in a blue or gray, four-door or extended-cab Chevrolet pickup truck.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at (270) 444-8550.
