Deputies investigating theft from farm equipment left overnight in fields

Calloway County farmers are being warned to be on the lookout as they work on their harvest.

The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office says there have been reports of thefts from tractors and combines left in fields overnight.

GPS and electronic equipment have been stolen.

Anyone with information on these thefts, or who sees suspicious activity in farmers’ fields at night, is asked to call the Calloway County Sheriff’s Office at (270) 753-3151.
