Lane restriction planned for KY 139 in Trigg County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a contractor plans to limit part of Kentucky 139 in Trigg County to one lane starting next Monday.

KYTC says the restriction will be in place at the intersection of U.S. 68/Kentucky 80 in Cadiz. It will allow crews to realign the connections to U.S. 68/KY 80. The work site is at mile point 15. 285 of Kentucky 139 and mile point 18.375 of U.S. 68/KY 80.

Spokesman Keith Todd says the realignment work is expected to take five or six days to complete, if the weather permits. It’s part of a larger project to reconstruct U.S. 68/KY 80 between Cadiz and Canton.
