Lane restriction planned on twin bridges for cleaning and maintenance

Two bridges that carry traffic over the Ohio River between Kentucky and Indiana will have lane restrictions starting Monday.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says the US 41 Twin Bridges at Henderson will have lane restrictions for fall deck cleaning and maintenance.

Crews will be clearing drains, removing accumulated debris, and using a vacuum truck to remove trash along the gutter line.

The lane restrictions are expected to go up at 8:00 a.m. and will be removed by 3:00 p.m.

Crews will be working on both bridges at the same time and hope to have all work completed by Wednesday afternoon.
