Nebo, KY man killed in head on crash with van

A Nebo, Kentucky man was killed in a head-on crash in Hopkins County Wednesday morning.

The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Hunter Lamb of Nebo was driving a pick-up truck west on Rose Creek Road around 6:30 a.m. when it appears he fell asleep and went into oncoming traffic.

Lamb’s truck hit a van being driven by 31-year-old Christina Trautman of Providence head on.

Trautman and two juvenile passengers in her van were taken to a local hospital. Lamb was also taken to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
