Preferred charges announced in disappearance of 101st Airborne soldier Shadow McClaine

The government has announced its preferred charges for two soldiers being held regarding the disappearance of a missing 101st Airborne soldier. 

The two soldiers are in pretrial confinement regarding the disappearance of 25-year-old Pfc. Shadow McClaine

The 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, announced Tuesday, Nov. 29, that the preferred charges for Sgt. Jamal Williams-McCray and Spc. Charles Robinson are conspiracy, premeditated murder and kidnapping. 

The 101st says the charges will move through the legal process in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Williams-McCray and Robinson are currently in pre-trial confinement, pending a preliminary hearing.
