Grand Rivers man arrested after found driving stolen minivan

A Grand Rivers man was arrested after he was found driving a stolen minivan.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says earlier this month a woman reported that her KIA minivan had been stolen from her home in Ledbetter.

On Tuesday, deputies saw the van on Tiline Road near Smithland and pulled it over.

The driver, 27-year-old Justin Mayhugh, was arrested. Deputies say he was a suspect in the theft.

Mayhugh was charged with theft by unlawful taking over $500 but less than $10,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
