Baptist Health Paducah to offer free prostate screenings

Local men can get a free prostate screening thanks to Baptist Health Paducah.

The hospital is hosting a free breakfast seminar for men on September 20 form 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. It is will held at the Carson-Myre Heart Center auditorium as part of Prostate Cancer Awareness week.

Three doctors from the Baptist Health Medical Group Urology Group will discuss men’s health issues, including prostate cancer and symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

Also, the first 50 men to register can get a free baseline prostate screening. You must be 40 to 70 years old, not under an urologist’s care, and not previously screened to get the free screening. Register by leaving a message at (270) 777-4545.
