PADUCAH- From science on the Today Show with John Cena to unexpected explosions and more, you and your family witnessed some amazing Hooked on Science experiments in 2017. Here’s a look at the most watch experiments this year.

The most watched experiment is when Jason amazed Hoda, Kathie Lee, and John Cena, on the Today Show, with some holiday science.

Next is when an unexpected exploding balloon surprised Jason, Brianna Clark, and a local kid scientist. It happened in December during WPSD Local 6 Saturday and covered everyone in a mix of baking soda and vinegar.

In October, thousands of you watched the foamy pumpkin experiment where foam oozed out of the pumpkin’s face.

Many of you watched when Jennifer Horbelt smacked a pie pan away but gravity held onto and sent an egg above the pan into a glass of water.

From soaring toilet paper to the standing broom, in October, Jason showed Hoda, Kathie Lee, and many of you some amazing spooky science.

Finally, Jason made it snow with an explosion of Styrofoam packing peanuts, right here in our studio.

Remember, you can catch Hooked on Science on WPSD Local 6 every Saturday morning.
