Summer meal programs

What’s for dinner?

13 million children across the country don’t know when or where their next meal will come from. That includes many children in our area.

The problem is even worse during the summer since families often rely on school to provide one to two meals a day.

Schools, churches, and charities are working together to help keep children fed throughout the summer break.

Below is a list of services you can lean on during a tough time.

We are constantly adding to this list so check back for updates.

Do you know of a meal program? Email that information to mbarger@wpsdlocal6.com.
