Lakilia Bedeau, Robin Watson, and Logan Steckenrider to “Go The Distance”

Go the distance for a happier, healthier you.

We are teaming up with Atlas Physical Therapy and Paducah Athletic Club to help 10 lucky WPSD viewers train for the Murray Half Marathon and Paducah Iron Mom. Meet our next three participants.

Lakilia Bedeau

Lakilia Bedeau is ready to run! The former athlete and now supermom is 36 years old and from Paducah. Why does she run? She tells us she wants a new challenge and adds she hopes “to continue being a role model for my two beautiful sons and students.”

Robin Watson

Next up is Robin Watson. This oncology nurse from Paducah says it was a patient who sadly lost her battle with breast cancer that inspired her to go the distance. She writes, “I would like to run in honor of her (Lara Adams) and others fighting this same battle.

Logan Steckenrider

Then there is Logan Steckenrider. This guy is definitely going to stand out. The 12 year old is our youngest participant. His mom, Mindy, says Logan is a running machine. With over 50 5k’s under his belt, he’s ready to take that next step.

We agree. Logan is ready to go the distance.
