“Go The Distance” group meets for first time

It’s time to meet our group of runners for our Go The Distance campaign.

We are partnering up with Atlas Physical Therapy and Paducah Athletic Club to help ten local participants train for a half marathon.

The group met each other for the first time Monday evening and shared their inspiration. Lakilia Bedeau is a former athlete and tells us she wants to live a healthy life the right way.

“When you get a certain age, you don’t have that coach pushing you,” Bedeau explained. “When you have an opportunity such as this to receive those services from physical therapists and personal trainers, why not?
