FRANKFORT, KY — Kentuckians are being asked to wear blue and orange on Friday, February 2 in support of Marshall County.

Commissioner of Education Stephen Pruitt is asking everyone in the state to participate.

Kentuckians are also asked to show their support by taking pictures on Friday and posting them to social media with the hashtag #MarshallStrong.

Pruitt says this will help show the residents of Marshall County that people across the state stand behind them.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s office posted photos on social media Friday afternoon.
