Terry Froman makes court appearance in Graves County, KY

GRAVES COUNTY, KY — Terry Froman, the man charged with the 2014 murders of a local mother and her son, appeared in Graves County Circuit court for the on Monday.

Investigators say Froman killed 17-year-old Eli Mohney at his home in Graves County before kidnapping his mother, Kim Thomas, and taking her to Ohio. Kim was shot and killed by Froman during a standoff with authorities in Cincinnati.

In June 2017, Froman was found guilty of Kim’s death in Ohio. He is now back in Kentucky to face accusations of killing Eli.

An attorney pleaded not guilty on his behalf. His next court appearance is March 5.

Froman is already facing the death penalty in Ohio. If he gets another death penalty in Kentucky, it is unknown where he will be executed.
