Gourmet Minutes: Pesto Fried Corn

 On this week's Gourmet Minutes, Artisan Kitchen chef, Karla Lawrence shows us how to make Pesto Fried Corn.

Ingredients:

  • 4 CUPS FROZEN OR FRESH CORN
  • 2 TBS PESTO
  • 2 TBS BUTTER
  • 1 TBS GARLIC
  • 4 TBS DICED ROASTED RED PEPPER
  • 1/8 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
  • SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions:

Melt butter and pesto, garlic, red pepper and spices. Mix corn in, cook until corn is heated, (4-5 minutes)
