Cincinnati Chili

Serves 8

3 lbs Ground Beef
1 ½ Quarts of water
2 Yellow onions, finely chopped
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1 15 oz can tomato puree
3 TBS white vinegar
2 TBS salt
1 TBS cumin
1 TBS allspice
1 TBS black pepper
1 TBS cayenne pepper
2 TBS chili powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 square unsweetened bakers chocolate
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 bay leaves

Boil ground beef in water stirring often until cooked and broken apart
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered for 4 hours

1 box spaghetti
12 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 can kidney beans
1 white onion finely chopped

Cook and drain pasta
Warm kidney beans in a small pan

Serve chili over pasta and top with cheddar cheese (3 way)
Serve chili over pasta and top with cheddar cheese and onion (4 way)
Serve chili over pasta and beans topped with cheddar cheese and onion (5 way)
