Layered Cobb Salad


2 heads of romaine, chopped and rinsed
4 hardboiled eggs
4 cups cooked diced chicken
    (boneless skinless breasts will be fine)
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups diced cucumber

Arrange lettuce on plates
Place a row of each ingredient in rows on top of lettuce
Serve with your favorite dressing
