Chicken Ranch Jack Sandwiches


Monterey Jack cheese, bacon and ranch dressing dress up baked chicken breasts with a hearty dose of flavor.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup ranch dressing
8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a skillet; add chicken. Brown in butter. Transfer chicken to a greased casserole dish. Add ranch dressing, cheese and crumbled bacon to chicken and mix well. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.

Serve on crusty French Bread with mixed greens and your favorite dressing.
