Ingredients
1 8oz Chicken Breast
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Slice of Swiss cheese
1 Slice of Ham

Directions
Lay Plastic Wrap on Cutting Board
Lay Chicken Breast on Plastic Wrap and tenderize gently
Lay Cheese and ham on chicken breast after salt and pepper to taste
Roll up tightly and refrigerate
Coat in flour eggs and bread crumbs
Deep Fry Carefully until internal temp is 165 degrees
