On this week's Gourmet Minutes with Mallory, Artisan Kitchen chef Karla Lawrence shows Mike how to make mango salsa.

Ingredients (in order of use):

2 cups frozen mango thawed and diced through

1 English cucumber diced

1/4 cup jalapenos

1/2 red bell pepper diced

1/4 cup green onions chopped

1 Tablespoon fresh ginger 1/4 cup mint chopped

3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice

2 Tablespoons Brown sugar packed

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and chill; makes 1 quart.
