Ingredients
Half a chicken
Thyme 1 stem
Rosemary 2 stems
S & P To Taste
Heavy cream 1 cup
Spinach 1 bunch
Rosemary 1 sprig

Directions
Season chicken with rosemary and thyme salt and pepper
Roast Chicken in a 350 degree oven until it cooked all the way through
Serve over penne pasta and rosemary cream sauce

Rosemary Cream Sauce
Heat Heavy Cream add Rosemary bring to a simmer and reduce by half
