Area man charged with sexually abusing two girls

PADUCAH — A local man faces charges he sexually abused two young girls, one of whom is a family member.

Scott Gregory, 39, of Paducah, is accused of sodomizing a 12-year-old girl and raping and sodomizing a 15-year-old girl.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says the abuse took place over a two-year period.

The investigation began in September 2011.

Gregory is housed in the McCracken County Jail.
