Automotive company could move to Fulton County, create 120 jobs
FULTON COUNTY, Ky. - More than 120 jobs could be brought to Fulton County, Kentucky by a German-based automotive company.
According to the Paducah Sun, A. Kayser Automotive Systems USA received preliminary approval of a $3 million tax incentive from the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority on Thursday.
The jobs would reportedly come with an estimated $17 per hour wage. The project to move to western Kentucky is expected to cost more than $17.5 million.
The move comes four months after MVP Group International announced they will move into the vacant Dana Corp. plant on Kentucky Avenue in Fulton. The candle and home fragrance manufacturer will create an anticipated 150 full-time jobs.
