MARTIN, Tenn. - A local basketball coach was not indicted Monday after being accused of assaulting one of his players.

A grand jury determined there was not enough evidence to indict JB Suiter, the head coach at Westview High School in Martin, Tennessee.

Suiter sat out for one game during the Tennessee State playoffs after a parent accused him of grabbing a player's face during a game.
