Driver, passenger injured in suspected DUI crash in Paducah
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. - A Metropolis, Illinois man is recovering in a local hospital and facing charges after a crash in Paducah.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, 54-year-old David Kennedy was under the influence when he lost control of his pickup truck on Husbands Road around 10:30 Monday night.
Kennedy claims a deer crossed the road in front of him.
Both Kennedy and his passenger, 41-year-old Patricia Blankenship of Brookport, Illinois, were injured.
