Fulton County man arrested after tips lead to capture
UPDATE (Thursday, 8:45 a.m.): Fulton County deputies arrested 21-year-old Joshua Russell on Wednesday night.
The arrest came after Fulton County Dispatch received a tip that Russell was in the area of KY 94 and KY 1212 behind a home.
Russell was taken into custody without incident. He told deputies he "was tired of running."
Russell is charged with three counts of Wanton Endangerment, along with charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License, Failure to Maintain Insurance and No Registration.

FULTON COUNTY, Ky. - The Fulton County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man they say left an infant and two other people behind after a car crash Tuesday.
The sheriff's office says the crash occurred Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of KY 239 and KY 1128, about two miles north of Cayce.
Police say a 1997 Ford Mustang driven by 21-year-old Joshua Russell went too far into the intersection, allowing a 2010 Chrysler 300 to collide with it. Russell then fled the scene, leaving behind a one-year-old child and two adults who were also in the Mustang.
Russell is described as a white male who stands 5'6" tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
The sheriff's office has issued a warrant on three counts of Wanton Endangerment, along with charges of Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Driving with a Suspended/Revoked License, Failure to Maintain Insurance and No Registration.
There were no injuries reported in the crash.
