Hickman, Kentucky pair in jail after meth lab bust

HICKMAN, Ky. - A Fulton County, Kentucky pair is behind bars after police busted a meth lab at a home in Hickman.

Police arrested 44-year-old Wendy L. Corum and 22-year-old Kenneth J. Vowell, both of Tennessee Street.

The arrests came after Kentucky State Police troopers, along with officers with the Hickman Police Department, responded to a home Tuesday evening after receiving a tip.

Kentucky State Police say officers were granted permission to search the home, then discovered ingredients of a meth lab inside. KSP's meth cleanup response unit subsequently disposed of the lab.

Both suspects were charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine. Corum was also charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, while Vowell faces an additional Possession of Drug Paraphernalia charge. Both are in the Fulton County Jail.
