Local convicted murderer denied request for parole
MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. - A judge denied a two-time convicted killer his second chance at freedom.
Steven Bray was sentenced in 2003 for killing his wife and mother-in-law. Bray received 40 years in prison for arson and two life terms for the murders.
Bray argured that his attorney was ineffective at trial.
He will continue to serve his original sentence as a result of Friday's ruling.
