PADUCAH, Ky. - Construction continues today on the new Murray State Paducah campus.

A&K Construction is expected to start digging foundations today after recently winning an $8 million construction contract.

The new building will replace the current MSU campus in Paducah, the Crisp Center.

The City of Paducah, McCracken County, Paducah Economic Development and Murray State University formed a partnership to secure the funding for the project.

The campus is expected to be complete by December 2013.
