Man seriously injured in Graves County motorcycle crash
GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. - A man is in a Nashville hospital after a motorcycle crash in Graves County, Kentucky.
Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says the crash occurred Tuesday afternoon when 52-year-old Charles Holton pulled into the path of a motorcycle driven by 23-year-old Patrick Hamlin at Central Road and West Tucker Road.
Hamlin's motorcycle struck Holton's vehicle head-on. The impact ejected Hamlin, who landed about 75 feet from the site of the collision.
Hamlin sustained serious injuries and was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center. He was later flown to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. No update has been given on Hamlin's condition.
