Pair sought for stealing ATM from Union County convenience store
UNION COUNTY, Ill. - The Union County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary that occurred at the Cheers Convenience Store.
The burglary took place at 510 Northeast Front Street in the early morning hours of Sunday, April 28. Union County Sheriff David Livesay says two suspects entered the store and removed an ATM machine.
The vehicle the suspects used is described as a dark Nissan X-Terra with possible damage to the passenger side door.
The sheriff's office has released surveillance video in the hopes of solving this crime. Anyone with informaiton about the burglary is asked to contact the Investigative Unit at the Union County Sheriff's Office at (618) 833-5500.
