Two Marshall County residents arrested for Carlisle County shooting
BENTON, Ky. - Kentucky State Police arrested two Marshall County men in connection to a home invasion investigation in Carlisle County. Forty-one-year-old Robert Morrison of Benton and 38-year-old Donald Thorn of Gilbertsville were arrested yesterday. The two men are charged with Robbery 1st degree and Assault 1st degree in connection to an October 3rd home invasion in which the homeowner was shot and stabbed. They are being held at the Marshall County Detention Center.

CARLISLE COUNTY, Ky. - A western Kentucky man fights for his life in Nashville while Kentucky State Police look for the people who they say not only stabbed the man, but shot him too.
CARLISLE COUNTY, Ky. - There are reports of an overnight incident in Carlisle County that sent a man to the hospital.
Around 1:45 a.m., officials stopped a car on KY 80 in Graves County. Inside was a man with multiple gunshot and stab wounds.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Jay Thomas says the man was taken to a local hospital. His condition is not known.
According to reports, passengers inside the car say the man was shot in Carlisle County by an unidentified person.
Police found $500 in cash, along with drugs, inside the car. A passenger was also arrested on an outstanding warrant in Marshall County.
