The most dangerous state in the country?  Tennessee.  This according to 24/7 Wallstreet.

The ranking is based on the amount of violent crimes reported by the FBI.  This includes murder, rape, robbery and aggravated assaults.

For every 100,000 crimes, 644 were violent in Tennessee.
Most of the crime is concentrated in Memphis and Nashville.

24/7 Wallstreet says these numbers are due to acute poverty and low graduation rates.
