Three indicted on alleged drug crimes

JACKSON COUNTY, Ill. - Alleged drug crimes lead to an indictment for three southern Illinois residents.

Investigators with the Jackson County Sheriff's Department and the Murphysboro Police Department charged 47-year-old Donald Gregory and 35-year-old Jaben Gregory, both of Murphysboro, and 30-year-old Daniel Loden of Grand Tower with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.

A grand jury arraigned the three men this week.

According to the indictment, the alleged crimes happened between March 2013 and March of 2013.

During a hearing this week, a judge ordered Gregory and Graff held without bond until a jury trial on July 15.  The judge released Loden on bond.

If convicted, the men face a maximum of 40 years in prison, a $5 million find and four years of supervised release.
