Three men steal debit card numbers, withdraw money, go shopping

PADUCAH, Ky. - They allegedly stole debit card numbers from bank ATMs, and then used the account numbers to withdraw cash.  That's according to Paducah Police.

Detective Chris Baxter said, once the three men had money in hand, they went to several area stores and shopped.

Baxter said the men were in a black Lexus SUV during the alleged crime.

Investigators warn residents to be aware of any suspicious activity while stopping at an ATM.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Paducah Police Department at (270) 444-8550 or Crime Stoppers at 443-TELL. Tipsters also may text their tips to "CRIMES" (274637) by entering "KyTips" followed by their information, or by visiting the Crime Stoppers website.

Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
