MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. - The attorney for Tiffany Pittman has filed a motion to move the case and to suppress evidence related to blood alcohol levels.

Police say Tiffany Pittman's blood alcohol level was at .098 when she hit a car driven by Jimmy Harper, but her attorney says that was an estimate determined several hours after the crash and not reliable.

The crash happened on US 68 in Marshall County in August 2011. Harper was killed in the crash.

A judge will review the motions next Monday. Pittman's trial is expected to start Tuesday.
