Fourth suspect arrested in alleged kidnapping

BENTON, Mo. - A fourth suspect in an alleged kidnapping in Scott County, Missouri is now in custody.

Sheriff Rick Walter says 19-year-old Cody James McRoy, of Sikeston, is charged with Felonious Restraint and 2nd Degree Assault in the kidnapping and assault of a 21-year-old male.

The incident occurred during the early morning hours last Friday.

Ashley Ivie, Andrew Robinett and Bryce Western also face charges in connection with the incident. Ivie and Robinett were arrested Friday, while Western was captured Saturday.

BENTON, Mo. - Two arrests have been made in an alleged kidnapping.

Scott County Sheriff Rick Walter says 20-year-old Ashley Ivie and 26-year-old Andrew Robinett, both of Sikeston, along with 18-year-old Bryce Western, also of Sikeston, kidnapped and individual early Friday morning.

Ivie and Robinett were arrested and are being lodged in the Scott County Jail.  Western is still on the run.

Ivie is charged with the Class B Felony of Kidnapping, the Class C Felony of Felonious Restraint, and the Class C Felony of Second Degree Assault. Her bond is set at $75,000.

Robinett is charged with the Class B Felony of First Degree Assault, the Class B Felony of Kidnapping, the Class C Felony of Felonious Restraint, and the Class D Felony of Unlawful Use of Weapons. His bond is set at $100,000. Cash Only.

Western will be charged with the Class B Felony of Kidnapping, the Class C Felony of Felonious Restraint, and the Class C Felony of Second Degree Assault. His bond is set at $75,000.
