PADUCAH — Two more Paducah men have been arrested in connection with the shooting death earlier this month of a man at Elmwood Court.

Corey A. Thomas and Keynan Starnes are charged with one count each of hindering prosecution or apprehension.

Det. Sgt. Brian Laird said the two men helped accused murderer Donald Fowler flee Paducah after the shooting death early June 12 of Michael T. Bouie.

Investigators say Thomas and Starnes arranged transportation to help Fowler and his girlfriend, Lindsay Clapp, travel to her mother’s home in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the hours after the slaying.

Fowler, 28, of Paducah, has been charged with murder. Clapp, 29, also of Paducah, has been charged with first-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension.

They were arrested by authorities in Cincinnati and since have been extradited to Kentucky.
