LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. - Imagine being asleep in your home.  Then suddenly your awoken by a woman in your bedroom speaking incoherently.

It happened to a couple in Livingston County, Kentucky earlier this week.

On July 14, sheriff's deputies were sent to a home on Sharon Drive in Ledbetter.  When they arrived, the resident told investigators that he and his wife were in bed asleep when a woman broke into their home and came into their bedroom.

The couple was able to get the woman out of the house while calling authorities.

After some investigation, deputies discovered that a woman fitting the same description was involved in an altercation at another home in the neighborhood.

That led them to 29-year-old Rachel Jones.  Deputies arrested her and charged her with second degree burglary and menacing.  She was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
